Improvement Planning Overview

Improvement Planning Service Selections

Strategic Planning

We facilitate a collaborative strategic planning process that engages district stakeholders as active participants in shaping the future while reflecting on the past. Using data and stakeholder input, we help teams align the system’s vision, priorities, and resources, identify high-impact goals, and define measurable outcomes. The resulting plan provides a clear roadmap that builds capacity, fosters ownership, and guides long-term decision-making and continuous improvement.

Living the Plan

This service ensures your strategic or improvement plan becomes a living, active guide rather than a document on the shelf. We support leaders and teams in implementing structures, routines, and progress-monitoring systems that keep the work moving. Our approach builds shared accountability and helps sustain momentum throughout the year.

School Improvement Planning

We partner with school teams to develop comprehensive improvement plans grounded in data and aligned with district priorities. Together, we clarify needs, set measurable goals, and identify research-based strategies for implementation. This process strengthens internal capacity and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Data-Informed Collaborative Teams

Our Data Informed Collaborative Teams process equips schools with the structures, tools, and protocols needed for strong adult collaboration that improves student outcomes. We help district, school, and teacher teams analyze multiple sources of data, identify the greatest areas of need, and implement research based strategies using the DIAS cycle to monitor progress and adjust practices. Through this work, we build leadership capacity at all levels, with a focus on supporting site leaders to foster equitable, inclusive decision making and a positive culture of shared accountability.

Leadership Coaching

Our leadership coaching provides personalized support that helps school and district leaders strengthen systems, refine practices, and lead improvement efforts with confidence. Through regular coaching conversations and targeted tools, we help leaders navigate challenges and build capacity within their teams. The focus is on sustainable growth, aligned to your system’s goals and priorities.

“I am extremely grateful to have been a part of my school district’s strategic planning process. This experience wasn’t only enriching for me, as I got to meet and understand many stakeholders ranging from community members to board members, but also enriching for everyone else, as they got to see a student’s standpoint on the decisions being made in the district. Considering and implementing student voice into any decisions being made in a school district is one of the best ways to ensure the success and prosperity of any educational institution.”
