In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the very real systemic racism we are facing, the National Labor-Management Partnership (NLMP) has released a new document focused on how to safely reopen schools in the midst of these crises. CEC is part of the coalition of organizations that make-up the NLMP. All of the organizations in the NLMP care deeply about our country’s children and their families.
We believe that we have a responsibility to create public school systems that meet the needs of all students, in every community. This NLMP document provides educational system leaders information, knowledge and expertise to help leadership focus not only on the joint decisions that need to be made, but on how those decisions may be made.
