Chris Collins

Strategic Advisor

Christopher K. Collins brings more than 33 years of K–12 education experience as a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, regional education director, and now Strategic Advisor with Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC). Throughout northern Illinois, he has led school improvement efforts, developed leadership teams, strengthened PLC and MTSS systems, coached administrators, and redesigned alternative education programs.

Known as a trusted advisor and skilled facilitator, Chris helps educators build the clarity, capacity, and systems needed to improve student outcomes. At CEC, he partners with teachers, school leaders, and district teams to provide leadership coaching, professional learning, strategic planning, and systems development tailored to each organization’s unique needs.

Chris holds an Ed.S. in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University and is a certified Working Genius Facilitator.
