Ms. Conley joined CEC in 2013 as Project Consultant. She provides expertise in the areas of teacher effectiveness, mentoring, response to intervention, peer coaching, instructional improvement, curriculum development (Common Core), Professional Learning Communities, classroom technology integration and classroom transformation to 21st Century Learning.
Crystal has been a teacher for 15 years, the last 13 as a Middle School Math Teacher. She has also been a technology innovation specialist for the past two years and was an instrumental member of the team that planned and implemented a 21st Century Learning Initiative. She has been a district-level professional learning trainer in the areas of classroom technology integration, 21st century learning and instructional improvement.
Crystal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University. She also has two Master’s degrees from Olivet Nazarene University, in Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership.More CEC Staff & Consultants
