System Culture Transformation
To foster a positive, collaborative, and high-achieving school culture, this 3-6 month systems change intervention equips school and/or district personnel with essential strategies for revitalizing staff relationships and adult behaviors. We focus on building capacity for conflict resolution, communication, and shared ownership by developing a shared language for accountability, establishing strategies for repairing damaged relationships (including mediation sessions, if necessary), and providing tools to resolve conflicts productively and effectively.
