About Working Relationships

Working Together

Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC) understands that for educators, addressing conflict or tension can be difficult. Without proper training or skills, tough conversions can decline, leaving long-lasting negative impacts. As a result, CEC provides foundational services that are designed to support a school or district with tools for constructing healthy relationships with all staff.

Four Phases

CEC’s phased and personalized approach helps all educators build and support positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Phase 1: Pre-Survey and Baseline Information
  • Phase 2: Staff Training
  • Phase 3: Targeted Conflict Resolution Application and Coaching/Mediation
  • Phase 4: Post Survey and Survey Findings

Through these four phases, CEC will help uncover problem areas, provide proper trainings and solutions, and make recommendations on how to proceed with conflict resolution in the future.

Outcomes

Through implementation of the four phases, data analysis, continuous evaluation, and a hands-on approach, CEC is committed to help foster healthy working relationships.
