Districts and Schools Can Benefit from Participation in Labor-Management Collaboration Survey

News

The Consortium for Educational Change (CEC) is working closely with leading researchers from Rutgers University and Cornell University on a very exciting opportunity for districts and schools interested in assessing their level of labor-management collaboration.

This national online survey is investigating the impact of labor-management collaboration on student learning. This study comes at NO COST to your district or school. Advantages include prior pilot survey testing, third party administration, and results that can be benchmarked against other participating districts and schools across the United States.

CEC invites districts that are engaged in building and sustaining labor-management collaboration cultures to participate in this online survey.

There are multiple benefits to your district or school’s participation. District union leaders and administrators will develop a more comprehensive understanding of the professional communication patterns that drive instruction and learning in schools. In addition, district and school leaders will gain actionable insights about the impact of school culture and labor-management collaboration on the successful implementation of standards and student achievement.

If you are interested in participating, or if you want to learn more or have questions, please contact CEC Consultant Heather McCarthy at heather.mccarthy@cecillinois.org.
